The SmartPM project focuses on developing energy-efficient semiconductor technologies for applications in home and health sectors. It aims to create intelligent systems that optimize power consumption and reduce CO2 emissions while maintaining performance and safety.
According to studies, worldwide energy consumption is rising dramatically and will double in the next 20 years and with it CO2 emission.
