SmartSpec aims to enhance the implementation of smart specialisation strategies by providing practical support and methodological guidance tailored to various regional contexts. The project combines academic and practical expertise to strengthen analytical foundations and generate strategic insights for policymakers.
The aim of SmartSpec is to provide substance, guidance and practical support to the EU Smart Specialisation Platform, based on the combination of leading academic and practical expertise present in the consortium.
