This project aims to improve experimental proteomics by providing software and training that utilizes data mining techniques. The goal is to simplify the experimental process and enhance the accuracy of results through better modeling of experimental steps.
Experimental proteomics is a promising and growing domain, as state-of-the-art equipment allows for accurate, fast and environment-friendly research and diagnostics.
