The SOMIRO project develops a tiny, flat-worm-inspired swimming robot for precision agriculture, aimed at enhancing rice farming. This robot operates autonomously for extended periods, collects data, and communicates to minimize environmental impacts like carbon emissions and overuse of fertilizers and pesticides.
