SONATA investigates how adaptive architectural technologies can improve health and well-being in shared workplaces. The project aims to measure the impact of these technologies and provide evidence-based recommendations for optimizing workplace design to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
The majority of workers express dissatisfaction with their shared workplace design, which harms their health, wellbeing, productivity and social relations.
