This project aims to enhance cancer immunotherapy for high-grade serous ovarian cancer by understanding how tumor genetics influence immune escape mechanisms. It utilizes advanced technologies to analyze tumor samples and develop patient-derived organoids for testing targeted treatments.
Tumor progression is dependent on the ability of malignant cells to escape the recognition and attack by the host immune system.
