This project aims to commercialize a spirulina-based drink called Springwave, which addresses nutritional needs while overcoming taste barriers. By promoting health and sustainability, it seeks to create a mass-market product that appeals to health-conscious consumers.
To meet the challenges of growing world food consumption, environmental preservation and sustainable food production, spirulina has been identified as an extremely valuable solution by many international bodies.
