This project seeks to develop a fast and interactive search tool for protein structures, enabling the identification of structural neighbors even in the absence of sequence similarity. The tool aims to improve navigation through the expanding Protein Data Bank.

In cases where there is no detectable sequence similarity, the identification of structural neighbors offers a powerful approach to predicting structure and function.
