The SPUREPER project focuses on synthesizing lead halide perovskite nanocrystals with controlled shapes and sizes to create superlattices. These structures aim to enhance collective emission properties, making them suitable for applications in light-emitting devices and lasers.
Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals exhibit high emission coefficients with controllable shapes, sizes and compositions.
Moreover, the self-assembly of perovskite nanocrystals into consistent superlattices can generate a focused and intense burst of collective coupling emission called superfluorescence.
