This project aims to enhance the synthesis of complex molecules for health applications by integrating catalysis with sensing technologies. It focuses on developing new catalysts that can monitor their effectiveness, improving efficiency and selectivity in drug synthesis.
The energy efficient synthesis of complex molecules from readily accessible starting materials remains a key challenge of the natural sciences, catalysis can address this important challenge.
