The STEFY project develops a portable food safety tester that enables companies to quickly check for harmful substances in food. This innovative device uses advanced technology to provide simultaneous testing for multiple contaminants, making it a cost-effective solution for regular self-assessment.
The aim of STEFY project is to facilitate SMEs and large companies in the food safety testing with a new portable tester, this solution does not intend to provide a certification on food quality, generally performed by accredited organizations, but it will be particularly effective and economically convenient to regularly self-check food safety.
