STEP_BY_STEP seeks to encourage significant energy-saving behavior changes in households through direct engagement strategies. The project targets 9,000 households to promote reduced electricity consumption and investments in energy-efficient products over a 20-month period.
At present, energy conservation campaigns provide households with a general awareness but do not provoke large scale behavior changes.The main goal of the STEP_BY_STEP is to maximize the number of households in a given area that significantly change their behaviour at home.
