This project explores the role of antigen presenting cells in the balance between inflammatory T helper 17 cells and regulatory T cells in multiple sclerosis. By analyzing immune responses, it aims to identify mechanisms that could lead to new treatments for this autoimmune disease.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease whose pathology is directly mediated by inflammatory autoimmune T cells.
