The project focuses on advancing quantum non-linear optics by achieving strong interactions between multiple photons and quantum emitters. It aims to develop fiber-coupled nonlinear quantum devices that can enhance applications in quantum sensing, communication, and simulations.
The past decade has seen remarkable advances in the field of quantum non-linear optics, where individual photons are made to strongly interact which each other.
