The Supra-CNT project focuses on creating high-performance carbon nanotube materials that retain the unique properties of individual nanotubes. By engineering these materials at multiple scales, the project aims to enhance their application in various industries.
The remarkable mechanical, electrical, thermal and optical properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are only valid for individual particles, and are generally lost when bulk CNT materials are integrated in devices.
