This research investigates how East Central European courts interpret constitutional identity, particularly in the context of migration and national identity. It aims to provide a theoretical framework to understand these judicial interpretations and their implications for European integration.
The overall aim of the research is to provide a new theoretical basis for a principle-based EU challenge to the domestic judicial interpretations of constitutional identity.
