SURGIS is an innovative system that integrates robotics and imaging technology to support minimally invasive surgery. It aims to enhance surgical precision and usability while fostering an open-source environment for further development and application by third parties.
SURGIS aims at creating a completely new computer-assisted, integrated system to support Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS).
