The SusPhos project focuses on training researchers in sustainable phosphorus chemistry, emphasizing eco-friendly production, recycling, and smart use of phosphorus. It aims to enhance the understanding of green chemistry and foster collaboration between academia and industry to ensure sustainable phosphorus practices.
The SusPhos training network will bring about a paradigm shift in the teaching of sustainable phosphorus chemistry, in the training of multidisciplinary-competent scientists, and in the public’s view on chemistry to preserve the essential element phosphorus from depletion.
