The SymPAtHY project aims to understand the relationship between the immune system and hypertension. By exploring the neuro-immune pathways involved in blood pressure regulation, it seeks to uncover mechanisms that could lead to new treatments for resistant hypertension.
Hypertension (HTN) is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide.
