The SyBIOsys project aims to enhance collaboration between two regions in biotechnology and information technology. It focuses on developing research infrastructures and fostering partnerships with businesses to improve economic relevance and integration with local economies.
The main objective of SyBIOsys project is to pull together two research-driven clusters in the field covering the intersection of biotechnology/life science and ICT, more specifically, in the domains of bioinformatics, nanobio, computational biology and biomedicine.
The two partner regions – South Moravia (CZ) and Friuli-Venezia-Giulia (IT) - share an interest in this particular research domain and also an interest in developing unique research infrastructures for this domain.
