The SYNCHRONISER project aims to enhance collaboration between the European Union and India in the field of information and communication technology. It will identify joint research priorities and future trends through stakeholder engagement and foresight techniques to strengthen international research policies.
SYNCHRONISER will boost the impact of the EU-India research policy dialogue in ICT using Foresight techniques.
A COMMITTEE of stakeholders from both regions will identify research paths for joint research priorities noted at the EU-India March 2009 Information Societies Joint Working Group.
