SYSPATHO develops advanced mathematical methods and algorithms for systems biology to analyze the interactions between the hepatitis C virus and its host. The project aims to create tools for data integration and modeling, ultimately aiding in the design of new antiviral drugs.
SYSPATHO focuses on the development of novel and generally applicable mathematical methods and algorithms for systems biology.
