Double Bond is developing SI053, a novel gel for treating glioblastoma, a severe brain cancer. This gel allows for localized delivery of the chemotherapy drug temozolomide, aiming to improve treatment efficacy while minimizing damage to healthy tissue.
The aim of this project is to develop a business plan to guide clinical development and commercialisation of SI053; a novel gel formulation for the treatment of the most common and aggressive type of brain cancer called glioblastoma.
