The Tuberculosis Antimicrobial Stewardship Program aims to address the rising resistance to bedaquiline in treating resistant tuberculosis. It will implement a new treatment regimen and evaluate its effectiveness in high-burden settings in Africa, focusing on reducing resistance development.
