TEMPER explores how emotions influence politicians' behavior and their responsiveness to public opinion. By examining emotional triggers and their effects on communication, the project aims to bridge the gap between emotional and cognitive explanations of political actions.
TEMPER sheds new light on the representative behavior of individual politicians by addressing an overlooked driver of that behavior: their emotions.
