The TEMPER project assesses the effectiveness of circular migration as an alternative to traditional migration methods. It aims to understand the motivations behind migrants' return and circulation decisions, and the impact of various migration policies on these choices.
The overall objective of the TEMPER project consists of providing a comprehensive assessment of the pros and cons of recent initiatives to promote circular migration as an alternative to more traditional forms of temporary and permanent migration, not only among prospective migrants but also among current residents in the EU.
