This project conducts a comprehensive analysis of private tenancy law across Europe, examining its impact on housing policies and the lives of citizens. It aims to propose better coordination of EU policies related to tenancy law to enhance social rights.
Private tenancy law is existentially affecting the daily lives of European citizens, as about one third of them depend on rental housing.
That notwithstanding, it constitutes a nearly blank space in comparative and European law.
