This project investigates how plants adapt to radiation exposure from the Chernobyl disaster. It focuses on creating protein reference maps to analyze the expression of proteins in developing seeds of plants grown in contaminated areas compared to controls.
With each passing year since Chernobyl accident, more questions arise about the potential for organisms adapt to radiation exposure.
