This project aims to reduce heat loss in windows by developing an innovative insulating foam for window frames. The goal is to enhance energy efficiency in buildings, meeting modern standards while remaining cost-effective.
The heat loss per area through windows (U-value) is still much greater (around 1.0 W/m2K) than through the building’s walls and roofs.
