This research focuses on the interactions between plants, soil fungi, and pathogens to enhance biological control in agriculture. It aims to identify root responses that trigger plant defenses, specifically studying the Arabidopsis-Fusarium-Trichoderma interaction.
Biological control organisms (BCOs) can form an important component of more sustainable agriculture.
