This project aims to transform food production by reintroducing 'opportunity crops' that have been neglected. It seeks to address health, poverty, and environmental issues through innovative farming practices and empirical research across Africa.
Current farming practices are driving environmental degradation, yet fall short of ensuring nutritious food.
Thus, by transforming how we produce food, we can address multiple sustainability challenges concurrently.
