This project seeks to identify non-coding RNAs involved in cancer metastasis through a novel genetic screening method. The goal is to enhance understanding of cancer progression and develop potential therapeutic targets.
In the era of target-based cancer therapies there is still missing a univocal hit for treating cancer metastatic spread, which is ultimately the main cause of cancer death.
