The tRNAtoGO project explores the role of transfer RNA molecules in cancer stem cells, aiming to identify specific tRNA signatures that may predict cancer development. It employs advanced sequencing and genetic techniques to understand how these signatures influence tumor growth.
Cells integrate internal and external stimuli by continuously adapting their transcription and translation. tRNAs are heterogeneous and highly modified molecules necessary to correctly translate mRNAs into proteins.
