This project aims to develop a theoretical framework for studying the non-equilibrium thermodynamics of biological systems, focusing on synthetic circuits in cell-free environments. It will analyze and optimize the thermodynamic performance of various biological circuits to enhance their design and functionality.
The goal of this project will be to create a general theoretical framework to study the non-equilibrium thermodynamics of biological systems with particular focus on synthetic circuits in cell-free environments.
