This project establishes a network to develop patient-derived tumor organoids for cancer research, focusing on non-small cell lung cancer and B cell malignancies. It aims to create a realistic tumor microenvironment to test innovative therapies, including immunotherapy and radiotherapy.
We aim to establish a European network of experts in non-animal preclinical models to develop the next generation of patient-derived tumor organoids (PDTOs) for both solid and hematological cancers.
