The TURBO-REFLEX project aims to retrofit existing thermal power plants to enhance their flexibility and reduce CO2 emissions. By implementing advanced technologies, it seeks to improve operational efficiency and support the integration of renewable energy sources into the power grid.
The energy sector accounts for two thirds of the global CO2 emissions and is therefore crucial to ensure future green growth and to achieve the global emission reduction targets.
