The TWISTY project examines the school-to-work transition for youth with vocational qualifications in Germany and Italy. It aims to identify gaps in current policies and provide insights to improve employment strategies for young people facing challenges in entering the labor market.
The transition from school to the labour market is a significant milestone in every person's life, marking the path to adulthood, career, and independence.
