This project develops a novel approach to study tumor evolution within the tumor microenvironment. By analyzing single-cell data, it aims to uncover the interactions and characteristics of tumor sub-clones that contribute to cancer progression.
The tumor microenvironment (TME) is a dynamic ecosystem wherein tumor cells, immune cells and stromal cells interact and evolve.
