This research focuses on nano-electro-mechanical systems (NEMS) that operate at quantum levels to explore the boundary between classical and quantum physics. It aims to develop advanced sensors and model systems that can probe exotic quantum properties in materials.
Nano-electro-mechanical devices (NEMS) are extremely small objects that can be actuated and detected by electric means.
