This project aims to enhance endocrine diagnostics by developing a portable system for continuous hormone monitoring. It focuses on analyzing hormone secretion patterns in patients with adrenal and pituitary disorders, allowing for better diagnosis and treatment management in everyday settings.
We propose to revolutionize current endocrine diagnostics by replacing conventional, time-consuming single-analyte hormone assays with ambulatory dynamic endocrine diagnostics.
Disorders of the adrenal and pituitary endocrine systems are not only accompanied by changes in absolute hormone levels, but also secretion patterns.
