AGROVIN is developing ULTRAWINE, an ultrasound device that speeds up the extraction of phenolic compounds from grape skins during winemaking. This technology reduces the maceration time from four days to six hours, using significantly less energy and allowing for greater processing capacity.
AGROVIN will put in the market ULTRAWINE, a low frequency high power (LFHP) ultrasound equipment designed for optimizing the extraction of phenolic compounds from grape skins during the first stages of winemaking.
