The UNION project aims to improve understanding of frailty in aging populations through a collaborative doctoral research network. It combines expertise in various scientific fields to develop innovative solutions for promoting healthy aging and enhancing life quality in older adults.
With falling birth rates and increasing life expectancy we are an ageing society. 20% of boys and 25% of girls born in 2019 are expected to reach their 100th birthday.
