The UNION project focuses on developing techniques for assembling nanoparticles into structured clusters with tailored properties. This research aims to enhance the functionality of nano-devices across various applications, including biomedical, optical, and thermoelectric fields.
UNION will develop nanoparticle (NP) assembly techniques, and assembly monitoring technologies to prepare novel hierarchically-ordered nanoparticle clusters (NPCs).By improving control over the synthesis and assembly of NPs we will produce materials with tailored and predictable properties.
