This project introduces a new rapid cooling technology called V-Chiller, designed for the Food and Beverage industry. It utilizes Vacuum Cooling Technology to chill beverages quickly and efficiently, significantly reducing cooling time and energy consumption compared to traditional refrigeration systems.
Since the invention of vapor-compression refrigeration system (VCRS) two centuries ago, it became the primary cooling technology used in almost all fridges, freezers and air-conditions worldwide, all progress have been focused on making the
technology more economically viable and more efficient ignoring other very important shortcoming of this technology like, very slow cooling speed and harmful use of refrigerants like CFC and HFC that destroys ozone layer and causes global
