ValuePOLE aims to develop a predictive tool for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to optimize their product and process development. It provides a framework for decision-makers to allocate resources effectively, enhancing competitive advantage with minimal investment.
At any moment in time, the decision makers within SMEs have a wide range of development opportunities available to them to advance the competitive position of their firm.
