VANAHEIM explores innovative surveillance technologies for autonomous monitoring in public spaces. The project develops algorithms for activity recognition and sensor selection to enhance situational awareness and improve the efficiency of surveillance systems.
The aim of VANAHEIM is to study innovative surveillance components for autonomous monitoring of complex audio/video surveillance infrastructure, such as the ones prevalent in shopping malls or underground stations.
