This project explores the interaction between memory and vision in the brain, focusing on how memories influence visual processing. It employs advanced imaging techniques to study neural responses and their implications for long-term memory formation.
The cognitive faculties of memory and vision are heavily intertwined.
Therefore, understanding the brain processes supporting these faculties critically depends on insights into vision-memory interactions.The aim of this research program is to obtain novel insights into two important aspects of this interaction.
