This project aims to develop the Volumetric Scanning Microwave Microscope (VSMM) for 3D nanoscale material characterization. The tool will enable detailed analysis of material properties and structures, with applications in various fields, including biology and renewable energy.
This project will produce a new tool, the Volumetric Scanning Microwave Microscope (VSMM), for non-destructive 3D nanoscale structural characterisation.
