The WEQUALITY project explores how professional social media platforms affect women's career advancement. It aims to identify how these platforms can enhance self-promotion and networking for women while addressing the challenges they face in professional settings.
WEQUALITY will reveal new knowledge on the effects professional social media platforms have on women’s career advancement in the workplace.
