The WOLF project focuses on advancing single cell molecular profiling by developing new mathematical models for analyzing complex genetic relationships across various omics datasets. It aims to enhance our understanding of cellular development and disease mechanisms through innovative computational techniques.
Single cell molecular profiling allows to map cellular development at an unprecedented level of detail.
Optimal transport (OT) enables the analysis of this dynamical process as a trajectory inference problem, using OT flows.
